What 03:14 looks like in Ibadan

A night call, a dead inverter, and why offline mode is not a feature — it is the whole job.
At 03:14 the connectivity you designed for does not exist. The engineer is under a carport with one bar of signal and a head torch, and the app either works or it is dead weight.
That is the bar we hold ourselves to. Capture the reading, photograph the fault, sign off the visit — all of it has to commit locally and sync when the signal returns, without the engineer thinking about it.
Offline mode is not a toggle in settings. It is the assumption the entire field experience is built on.
Field-tested notes on running infrastructure, monthly. No hype.
